Giorgos Stroggylos, son of Costas Stroggylos and Anna Mesariti. He was a reservist serving at the 251 Infantry Battalion. Giorgos was 26 years old and single at the time. He used to work with his father at their family business. He was last seen on July 23rd 1974 in Bellapais. He was murdered in cold-blood by a TMT (Turkish Resistance Organisation) group in Kazafani. His remains were discovered in a mass grave in Kazafani and he was identified using the DNA method. He was buried at the Tymvos military cemetery on July 22nd 2007.
