Municipal Committees and Committee Composition
In accordance with the Municipalities Law of 2022 (Law 52(I)/2022)
The Municipal Council, in exercising its powers under the Municipalities Law of 2022 (Law 52(I)/2022), establishes the Municipal Committees and determines their composition.
Note:
In accordance with the provisions of the Municipalities Law of 2022, whenever the Mayor attends a meeting of a Municipal Committee, the Mayor presides over that meeting, unless otherwise provided by the Law.
Administrative Committee
In accordance with the Municipalities Law of 2022, the Administrative Committee comprises all members of the Municipal Council.
