Evgenios Soteropoulos, son of Theocharis Soteropoulos and Christina Ioannou Tsiti. He was born on April 16th 1937 in Kyrenia. He was murdered during the coup d’état on July 15th, 1974 and buried in a mass grave at the cemetery of Saints Constantinos and Eleni along with other victims of the fratricide. Evgenios left behind his wife Maro Maratheftou from Nicosia, his daughter Panayiota and his son Theocharis.
