Christos Karefyllides, son of Yiannis Karefyllides and Ellie Achilleos Dorotheou. He was a 20-year-old conscript sailor and he was single. He was serving his army duties at the Kyrenia Naval Base, stationed on Torpedo Boat 3. He was last seen along with the crew of Torpedo Boat 3. He fell defending Kyrenia when the vessel was hit by Turkish torpedo boat destroyers at the dawn of July 20th 1974. His remains have not been identified yet.
